Our horses are well-trained
and kid-friendly and Elisabeth Seale is a knowledgeable CHA riding
instructor with 12 years of experience around horses and a love,
both for them and for teaching. Camp has a full-sized arena
for practicing and working in, plus 20 acres used for trail riding.
Costs are $25 an hour per
person for group lessons, max. 4 per lesson; OR $35 an hour
for private lessons. Ages 6 to ?
Elisabeth will provide EQUINE TRAINING for your horse as well. She has plenty of experience tucked in her belt from working young & old horses alike. Her goal is to bring them to a point of responsiveness and sensitivity. She is capable of all areas of groundwork, saddle breaking, legwork, reining and finishing. Elisabeth will work with you to provide boarding while she trains and offers reasonable rates. Call her to discuss your needs.
We are also available to your
family or group for PONY RIDES AND PONY PARTIES.
Pony Parties
include horse safety & pony rides for your children for 1 hr.
We will also provide you with a meeting room for cake and presents,
or a picnic area in the shade and our kitchen is open to you for
your use. Costs are $100/Pony Party. For an
extra $25 we will also provide you with a pony-themed birthday cake
and punch.
Pony Rides
are $8/child for 15 minutes of riding time. For groups of
10 or more our prices are $6/child.
Or bring your small group out
for an instructional TRAIL RIDE. These
include 15 minutes of instruction and arena practice, prefacing a 30
minute ride on the trails. Costs are $20/person
We are also able to provide
HORSE CLINICS for small groups of 6 - 12.
These can last anywhere from 2 - 4 hours depending on your needs;
and can include horse care and safety instruction, basic riding
instruction, & a riding demonstration. Contact Elisabeth Seale
